Repair and Warranty Policy

Non-Warranty Products

  • All repairs are covered by a 90-day limited warranty, starting from the date the repaired product is shipped back. This warranty applies to the replaced parts and repair workmanship only.
  • The original warranty exclusions and limitations also apply to this repair warranty.
  • YKGOBO is not responsible for loss or damage to any additional items or accessories included with returned products. We are also not liable for delays in repair or shipping.
  • Defective products must be returned before the warranty period expires. Products received after the warranty period will not be covered.

Warranty Coverage

Warranty Period

  • 18 Months: Indoor projector lights, outdoor projector lights, and non-programmable controllers.
  • No Warranty: Glass gobos.

Note: If the manufacturing date is more than 12 months earlier than the purchase date, the warranty period will begin from the manufacturing date.

Warranty Terms

  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • To claim warranty service, the defective product must be received by YKGOBO within the warranty period.
    • Include a description of the issue and the date it was discovered.
    • Provide proof of purchase (a dated receipt).
  • Products returned after the warranty period or without proper documentation will not be eligible for warranty service.

YKGOBO reserves the right to:

  • Repair or replace the defective part or product.
  • Offer a comparable replacement if the original product or part is discontinued.
  • Reimburse a prorated portion of the purchase price, based on the remaining warranty period.

Exclusions from Warranty

This warranty does not cover defects caused by:

  1. Normal wear and tear (e.g., lamps, fuses, belts).
  2. Misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repairs.
  3. Exposure to extreme environmental conditions, including harsh temperatures, humidity, or radiation.
  4. Improper installation or failure to follow technical guidelines.
  5. Natural degradation or minor color shifts in LED performance.

This warranty becomes void if the product's identification labels are missing or altered.

Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for the costs of shipping the product to YKGOBO for warranty evaluation.
  • For covered warranty claims, YKGOBO will cover return shipping costs within the contiguous United States. Shipping costs outside this region are the customer's responsibility.

Disclaimer

YKGOBO is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, downtime costs, or replacement product expenses.
  • Maximum liability: Limited to the original purchase price of the defective product.
